Coating choice for circular saw blades
In order to achieve the maximum production efficiency and the best results is essential to choose the right coating in relation to the material to cut.
- WHITE: generic cuts, brass and self-lubricating materials cutting.
- STEAM TREATED: this process produces a layer of iron oxide (Fe3O4)on the blade surface which improves the sliding between cutting material and the blade.
- TiN: medium steels alloys, hard steels, furniture tube, sections in general, mixed steel-plastic components, biomedical sector.
- TiCN: optimized for hard steels up to 800N/mm², stainless steel, aluminum, copper.
- TiAlN: optimized for hard steels up to 1100N/mm², stainless steelsand and cast iron.
